I am in my middle 50's and have had a cosmetic surgery consulation. I am in need of face lift, brow lift, nose reshaping, cheek implants, Botox injection, and Alloderm lip implant. The cost at this time is prohibitive. Where could I volunteer to be a "teaching" patient, i.e., cosmetic surgery intern, etc. to receive a reduced fee? Thank you very much.
